Technical Details

Cytoplasmic mask produced with ImageJ Trackmate plugin with Cellpose segmentation, followed by custon ImageJ macro to match cell nuclei and cytoplasm.

Time-lapse acquisition:

Every 15 minutes for 2 hours (9 frames)
Every 30 minutes for 8 hours (17 frames)
Every 1 hour for 5 hours (6 frames)
