Description

Telophase II in a diploid lily. The segregated chromomosomes on the left side of the micrograph are a little in advance of the ones on the right side . The nuclei on the left are reforming their nuclear envelopes; those on the right that have just reached the pole and not yet reformed the nuclear envelope.

Feulgen stained light microscopy image collected using a bright field zeiss microscope, using a 100X, N.A. 1.4 Neuflar lens.
