Label-free Live Cell Imaging of fine mitchondrial dynamics in response to cell shape changes in pre-adipocytes during 1h at 1img/5sec.

Technical Details

Pre-Adipocytes are grown in ibidi microwells 35mm. Because of the label free nature of the imaging technique, many cellular components can be observed such as the nucleus, mitochondria, lipid droplets.
