Description

HeLa cells stably expressing BAC-encoded GFP-labeled snRNP protein U1-70K and imaged witb a PicoQuant MicroTime 200 confocal microscope using an Olympus 60x 1.2NA water immersion objective lens. The U1-70K is confined to the nucleoplasm and enriched in splicing factor compartments and Cajal Bodies (bright dots). From Fig 2A in Huranova et al. 2010 J Cell Biol 191:75-86.
