Description

DIC image corresponding to image 10526 (raw) and image 10527 (deconvolved) of Toxoplama gondii stably expressing beta II tubulin. Image was collected with a 60X water immersion objective, 1.2 N.A. and detected with a Cool Snap HQ/ICX285 camera. DIC image was collected after fluorescent images.
