Live toxoplasma gondii cell line stably expressing EGFP fused to the to beta II tubulin gene. Image was collected using ABI Deltavision on an Olympus PSF microscope with excitation at 450-490 nm and emission collected at 500-540 nm. Image was collected with a 60X water immersion objective, 1.2 N.A. and detected with a Cool Snap HQ/ICX285 camera. Deconvolved image can be found in 10527.
